Just to remind you:
If you delete all cookies, you will lose all saved cookie settings.
If you block all cookies some web services may not work. Cookie saved settings has to be done on every page.

In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu≡> Settings.
At the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings.
In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
In the "Cookies" section, choose your preferred setting.
Touch the menu≡> Settings.
In the "Advanced" section, touch Site settings.
Touch “Cookies” to choose your preferred setting.
Touch the menu ≡ > Settings.
In the "Advanced" section, touch Content Settings.
Next to "Accept cookies" touch the switch. If the switch is gray, you aren't allowing cookies. If the switch is blue, you are allowing cookies.
Click the menu button , choose History, and then Clear Recent History....
Set Time range to clear to Everything.
Click on the arrow next to Details to expand the list of history items.
Select Cookies and make sure that other items you want to keep are not selected.
Open Internet Explorer for the desktop.
Tap or click the Tools button, point to Safety, and then tap or click Delete browsing history.
Select the Cookies check box, and then tap or click Delete.
Microsoft Edge: Menu≡/Advanced Settings/Cookies
Go to the Safari Menu, click 'About', to determine which version of Safari you are using. Once in the Safari preference window, click 'Privacy'. Set your preferences for accepting cookies next to 'Block Cookies'. If there are any website data/cookies being stored, click 'Details'.
Tip: if you need temporary privacy, use "incognito" or "private" mode of the browsers.
Cookies will be deleted after you close the browser.
